Oratory Retreats
Find new inspiration, rest, and renewal for the next phase of your journey.
The Oratory offers in person retreats once or twice per year, including our annual Halcyon Days retreat. They are generally themed around a spiritual tradition and/or practice and with the intention to enrich and transform our hearts and minds. They are also designed to be spacious, that is, they include free time to read, journal, socialize, and explore the land around the center.

Halcyon Days is the first annual Oratory retreat of Halcyon Arts. It is an opportunity to explore spirituality and practice, enjoy good food and fellowship, and rest and renew for the time ahead. This year we explore Celtic Spirituality, its history and practices.
RETREAT LEADERS
Áine Minogue: Áine's harp has entertained Presidents and Prime Ministers. She is a regular performer at folk festivals and concerts throughout the US. Áine’s profound love of traditional Irish music has naturally led her to steep herself in the spiritual and cultural aspects of the Celtic world, so much so that she has become a much sought-after authority in this arena, whether offering workshops alone or with such luminaries as the late Irish poet and philosopher John O’Donohue.
Robert Bowler: "Beau" will be our host and chaplain, and he will lead the contemplative prayer services. Since 2007, he has practiced Celtic spirituality in the Céile Dé tradition, based in Scotland. He earned an M.Div. degree from the Graduate Theological Union in Berkeley, California and is an ordained Unitarian Universalist minister.
